This binary of GhostPCL was built by Ghostgum Software Pty Ltd.
It is a modified version of GhostPCL 1.38.

To use, first get the GhostPCL font files:
  ftp://mirror.cs.wisc.edu/pub/mirrors/ghost/AFPL/GhostPCL/urwfonts-1.37.zip
Unzip these and move them to \windows\fonts
If you want to change the location, then set the environment variable:
  set PCLFONTSOURCE=d:\urwfonts-1.37\

The executable is bin\pcl6.exe.
To run GhostPCL, see the notes in doc/index.html
There are some example PCL and PXL files in the tools directory.
  bin\pcl6 -dTextAlphaBits=4 tools\frs96.pxl


To recompile, you will need the sources
  ftp://mirror.cs.wisc.edu/pub/mirrors/ghost/AFPL/GhostPCL/ghostpcl_1.38.tar.gz

Apply the patches in
  patch/pl.txt
  patch/common.txt
  patch/main.txt
  patch/gssrc.txt

Recompile as described in doc/index.html
